CME Shine proudly stands behind the quality and durability of our coating services. To maintain the integrity of your coating and ensure your vehicle remains protected, the following conditions must be met:
Requirements for Guarantee Coverage:
- Annual Inspection:
Your vehicle must be brought back to CME Shine at least once per year for a routine inspection. We highly recommend enrolling in our Routine Maintenance Package for optimal results and continued protection. - Proper Washing Practices:
The vehicle should be washed by hand using safe, pH-balanced products. Automatic or brush car washes should be avoided entirely, as they can compromise the coating. - Prompt Removal of Contaminants:
Harmful substances such as bird droppings, tree sap, bug splatter, and tar should be removed as soon as possible to prevent damage to the coated surface.
Exclusions:
This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:

Accidents, impacts, or collisions

Severe weather conditions or environmental fallout

Modifications or alterations to the vehicle

Prolonged exposure to contaminants (e.g., bird droppings, sap, tar) that are not promptly removed
Frequent or excessive use of automated car washes, especially those with brushes or harsh chemicals

Our Maintenance Program is designed to preserve the integrity and performance of your vehicle’s ceramic coating.
Each service includes:

Note: Vehicles enrolled in this program do not require a separate Annual Inspection, as routine maintenance by CME Shine ensures ongoing protection and performance.
